Wedding Planning Services

Day of Planner

Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a “Day-of” coordinator is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work.
Too often, brides rely on family and friends to help carry out plans on the day of their wedding. By asking a friend or family member to take on this stressful task, that person will not be able to enjoy the event as a guest, and will end up feeling like “event staff.”
In most cases, your “volunteers” have little experience in the role of an event planner. They often end up feeling overwhelmed as they try to keep on top of everything that must be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly. G-Squared Events will provide a bundle of services under this package based on your individual needs. Our planners will work to determine what needs you have and advise you throughout your process with limited add-on options.

Full-Service Wedding Planner

A full-service planner will be there from the very beginning, every step of the way. Full-service planners will learn and understand your wedding vision and budget and find the very best vendors and resources to bring your wedding dreams to life. We will be your primary point of contact, will handle all vendor research and contract negotiation, communication with those vendors, budget management, be your support at vendor meetings, be a visionary and creative that will provide you with unique ideas with regards to wedding day design, and countless other tasks that will ultimately lead to the successful execution of your wedding. Full-service wedding planners send numerous emails on your behalf and do about 99% of the legwork with regards to design, vendor selection and communication, and day of execution (the client ultimately makes the final decisions/signs contracts, but is advised and guided by the planner). We will handle all negotiations, be a tie-breaker for any controversy or unsolved decisions, and truly focus on what’s best for YOU.
